“The cottage is exactly as described. It is SO clean and has all the perfect details (snacks, coffee, cotton balls, makeup removers, etc.). The back porch was our favorite part. You overlook a nice forest area and feel so secluded. It was also in a great location. You feel like you are far away from the city because of the beautiful woods around you but you are such a short drive from the cute downtown. The host was so nice and helpful as well!

“My fiancé and I decided on a whim to head down to Eureka Springs for some relaxation and fun. We wanted to stay someplace private, that wasn't too far from all the action and Sarah's Cottage is the perfect combination of the two. Situated on a beautiful piece of property, with a private deck to enjoy the scenery while sipping your coffee (or wine), this cottage has everything you need in a tiny home - efficient, cute kitchen (with snacks!), shower big enough for two with plenty of hot water, and a very comfortable bed. I found the decor to be tasteful and soothing and the ac unit rocks. Durinda is the ideal host and is very accessible should you need anything. We'll absolutely be staying here again!”

“Durinda’s place is a perfect getaway for a solo or couple looking for a quite peaceful retreat. I enjoyed Durinda’s place while in town for a mountain bike race at Passion Play and it worked out great. Very close to the trails and local food spots. Durinda’s place is safe, cozy, cute, stylish, peaceful, and relaxing. Lock box checkin worked good, and she greeted me on site as the main house sits just in front of the cozy cottage where I stay. This was the first time in a long time someone had greeted me on site and it was really sweet to know she was there in case I had any issues. Queen bed felt great, small bathroom with standup shower was perfect for myself and included a ton of toiletries. Small kitchen with mini fridge, microwave, stove, utensils, cups/plates/bowls, pots/pans and condiments. Coffee maker was helpful too! Out back on the patio was my favorite part. I sat out back after long days of riding the trail and enjoyed dinner/relaxing. It’s so incredibly peaceful listening to the birds sing and fly around. I also got glimpses of deer walking thru the grasses out back as the patio overlooks a huge forest. I’d come back and stay if I travelled light/solo again. Great little place with excellent amenities and warm friendly relaxing vibes. Thank you Durinda!”

“The cottage was a good size for two and very cozy considering the snow we had during our visit. No complaints with any of the appliances or utilities though the back porch door requires a firm hand to open and close. That said, the scenery you'll find is more than worth it. “I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. There’s no need to look anywhere else! Sarah’s cottage is a wonderful, quaint, quiet getaway, for 1 or 2. Simply but elegantly decorated, all the space is maximized for creature comforts. It’s very safe, first off, which was a big worry for me with anything unknown. We had coffee and snacks to wake up to, and a family of deer walking through the backyard in the morning. BBQ pit, nice porch, private entrance. 5 minutes drive from historic Eureka Springs, it’s too far to walk, but far enough from the busy-ness to enjoy the fresh air and solitude. Durinda provides a folder of all things local, and she is both accessible and respects your privacy. Sarah’s cottage far surpassed all expectations that I had! I am already making plans for my next visit that will be longer than just a weekend! You will not regret staying here. Even if you don’t leave the cottage, you will walk away feeling relaxed and pampered.”

Our stay at "Sarah's Cottage" was beyond heavenly. I told my husband that I kind of hesitated to write an amazing review for fear that others will discover this gem and then it will become so popular we'd never get to book it again!😜 But in all honestly, Durinda was beyond gracious and understanding to our unforeseen situation and she worked with us to where we were still able to stay. The pictures of this cottage do not do it justice. It is just so quaint, peacefully and beautiful. The landscaping was beautiful!!! And I am a huge stickler for cleanliness and generally find myself cleaning a place as soon as we arrive but not here!!! Everything was spotless and smelled wonderful. Durinda, you are doing a steller job and I hope thar your little business will be blessed for years to come!”

“Sarah's Cottage had everything we needed for our getaway in Eureka Springs. It's located just south of historic downtown, so it's nice and quiet. You can still be anywhere in town within a matter of minutes. Full mini kitchen, A/C, heater, bathroom with stand up shower, TV with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc... The wrap around porch is nice to enjoy morning coffee, or evening cook out on the grill. Check in/out is contactless with a lockbox on the front door.
Durinda was available for questions and suggestions on what to do in E.S. , and happy to help in any way. Her two German Shepherds that live on the property pose no threat to tenants.
We definitely recommend Sarah's Cottage for a getaway in Eureka Springs.

However, Durinda had such good reviews, we gave her a shot and are sooooo glad we did. Downtown is gorgeous and amazing, but the parking and traffic made us realize that we were much better off the short two minutes away at our beautiful airBNB. The space is so welcoming and has absolutely everything you could possibly need and Durinda is great to respond to any questions you may have.
