We have several outfitters that have got you covered if you’d like to rent the necessary gear!
Cave and Cavern tours
Cosmic Cavern, 20 miles east of downtown, is considered on of the Ozark’s most breathtaking caves, with incredible rock formations and two underground lakes. Onyx Cave Park, seven miles northeast of downtown, is another spectacle worth seeing. War Eagle Cavern, on Beaver Lake, offers a cavern tour, and for more adventure, you can continue on to the Wild Cavern Tour, where you’ll sport a lamp helmet and twist, crawl, and climb through nearly two miles of passages. There’s also the 75-minute Downtown-N-Underground Tour, which leaves from Basin Spring Park in the heart of downtown.
Ghost tours
See the seven-story Jesus statue
Christ of the Ozarks, a 65-foot, modernist structure can be seen from pretty much anywhere in Eureka Springs.
Attend a performance of The Great Passion Play
Set near the Christ statue, this play takes place in a three-story amphitheater and goes on three days per week, three times a day, May through October
